Build A Booty in Lockdown

If you’re looking for a peachy bum and want to enhance what you already have then make sure to do these next 5 exercises. Simply build your bum and boost your confidence while you're at it!

When it comes to people’s goals and what they think of fitness, everyone has different goals. Whether you want to keep fit, beat a personal best, or feel stronger and more confident within yourself, daily exercise can help you toward those goals and promote better mental health.


For other people, their motivations towards fitness may be more aesthetic based. Think toned abs, strong arms, and a powerful peachy bum. Improving your glutes (your booty) is a 2021 trend, so why not jump on that? Not only will you improve your strength, but you will also have a nice booty to show off at the end of it too.


If your goal is to become stronger and build your booty in lockdown then you have come to the right place!


At She Her Them, we have taken some inspiration from personal trainer Krissy Cela, who has a fitness app named “Tone And Sculpt '' for all your workout and nutrition needs.


Find below a step-by-step video and workout guide, on the five exercises that are essential in growing your booty this lockdown. Each workout can be done with or without a resistance band or weights.

Frog Pumps: 2 Sets- 25 Reps

Fire Hydrants: 2 Sets- 25 Reps each leg

Donkey Kickbacks: 2 Sets- 25 Reps each leg

Crab Walks: 2 Sets- 25 reps

Sumo Squats:2 Sets-25 reps
